Further character art for Stargazer's Gate (which will be located at its logical address, stargazersgate.com once it's launched. There's nothing there yet but feel free to bookmark or just follow me if you're interested!). Leawyn Vilanar. As I mentioned on Caed's art, all characters from Damera have something gray, and a star pattern somewhere in their clothing. One of the many motifs involved. Sooo many motifs. I didn't put nearly this much thought into the clothing designs for Between Places. Of course, BP's designs were also about five billion times easier to draw because of that.

I think this one came out pretty good and is a fairly strong reminder to me of why I like doing this way better than inking.

Hm, well, I take inspiration from a lot of other artists and add my own flare. I wouldn't consider my backgrounds unusually original, but I do like them to fade away into a nice ambiance.
